Gifts of Grace Creations began as a quiet act of healing — a way for me to learn something new, stay grounded, and create softness with my hands. Crochet became a gentle practice that helped me unwind, stay grounded and reconnect with myself.

My first pieces were made for my daughters, then for family and friends welcoming their babies. Each blanket, hat, vest, and tiny treasure was a learning piece and a labour of love. Over time, I realised that this simple act of making held something deeper: comfort, connection, and the joy of giving.

As I continued crocheting, I felt called to share this warmth with babies in need of care and dignity. Donating baby vests and hats became a healing part of my journey — knowing that each handmade piece could wrap a newborn in love brought me comfort and purpose.

This is how Gifts of Grace Creations grew into a small social enterprise. By selling some of my handmade pieces, I’m able to fund the ongoing donation of babywear to charities and community organisations supporting expecting mothers and newborns. Customers can also choose to purchase an item specifically to donate, joining this circle of giving in a meaningful way.

Every creation is made slowly and thoughtfully using high‑quality New Zealand wool — soft, breathable, warm, and gentle on delicate skin. But the true value lies in the intention behind every stitch: compassion, connection, and the belief that every baby deserves to be welcomed with warmth and love.
